Are earplugs safe to wear every night?

Why does shipping take 7-14 days?
We work with fulfillment partners around the world to bring you quality products at great prices. Most orders arrive earlier than the maximum estimate.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! FREE standard shipping on orders over $69 within the continental US. Orders under that ship for just $1.99 (standard) or $9.99 (express).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll get an email with tracking info. Click the link or log into your account. Tracking may take 2-5 days to show updates. If no updates in 10+ days, contact us.
My tracking hasn't updated in days. Is my order lost?
Tracking gaps are common — packages don't always scan at every facility, and international packages may not update between countries. If no updates in 10+ days, contact us at contact@sleepsters.com.
Returns & Refunds Questions
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Opened earplugs cannot be returned unless defective.

How do I return an item?
- Email contact@sleepsters.com with "Return Request - Order #[number]"
- Include: order number, item(s), reason, preference (refund/exchange)
- Wait for return authorization (2-3 business days)
- Ship the item (you pay return shipping unless item is defective)
- Receive your refund
Important: Wait for authorization before shipping. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Can I return earplugs I've opened or used?
For hygiene reasons, opened earplug packages cannot be returned unless defective. If defective, contact us within 30 days with photos — you typically won't need to return them.
Tip: Try one pair from a multi-pack before opening the rest.
How long does it take to get a refund?
- Inspection: 3-5 business days
- Refund processing: 2-3 business days after approval
- Bank processing: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
Contact us at contact@sleepsters.com with your order number, photos, and a description. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. In most cases, you won't need to return the item.
