Shipping Policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to Australia. Any other destinations we can service will appear as
options at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

  Standard Shipping                     A$9.95
  Free Shipping (orders A$69 and over)  Free

Rates are shown in Australian dollars and are calculated at checkout once you enter your
delivery address.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery normally takes 7 to 14 business
days from the date you order.

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delivery can take longer during peak periods or
because of carrier or customs delays outside our control.

We do not currently offer an express or priority shipping service.

TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link once your order is
dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to begin updating after dispatch.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, email contact@sleepsters.com with
your order number. We will either resend your order or refund it in full, at your choice.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email
contact@sleepsters.com immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet been
dispatched. We cannot recover orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, but
contact us anyway and we will do what we can to help.
